Solo (free)

Solo is the "see if this is for you" plan. Use it forever if it fits — Mneva does not throttle or expire the free tier.
Developer ($20/mo)

Pro is where the unusual primitives live — wander, calibration-in-assess, allostatic state. The shape of Mneva that makes it not a memory store.

Minimum 2 seats. Per-seat pricing means a 5-seat team is $150/mo.
Billing
Billing runs on Square — card collected via the Square Web Payments SDK in the browser; the access token never leaves our server. Cards are tokenized; we never see PAN.
The Square Developer dashboard handles invoices, refunds, and customer records. You can manage your subscription from your Mneva dashboard.
For now, all customers are billed by Plant City Web Design (the LLC behind Barron AI Solutions). Tax handling per Square defaults; US sales tax where applicable.
Downgrades
Cancel from your dashboard at any time. The Square subscription is cancelled at period end; the next invoice doesn't run.
When a subscription transitions to CANCELED, DEACTIVATED, or PAUSED, Mneva drops your account to the Solo tier at the period boundary. Your brain is untouched — memories, beliefs, predictions, evidence trails all remain. You lose access to the Pro-tier capabilities (recall_dreams, assess track-record, state) until you re-subscribe. The data they produced is preserved.
There is no data deletion on cancellation. To delete your brain, email support — it's a permanent, irreversible action and we want a human confirmation step.
